Victor A. Razon is an associate at Schwartz & Ballen LLP. Victor assists banks and financial services companies in a variety of areas, including regulatory advocacy, drafting of compliance policies and procedures, providing legal analysis of existing or proposed products or services, monitoring federal and state legislative and regulatory developments, and addressing ongoing compliance matters.

Victor received his J.D. degree in May 2018 from The George Washington University Law School, where he was the President of the Banking & Securities Law Society and Senior Notes Editor of the Business & Finance Law Review. During law school, he worked for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Securities & Exchange Commission, Department of the Treasury, and Securities Industry Financial Markets Association. His journal Note "Replacing the SEC's Whistleblower Program: The Efficacy of a Qui Tam Framework in Securities Enforcement" was published in the Winter 2017 Issue of the Public Contract Law Journal. He earned his B.S. degree cum laude from the University of Florida in May 2015.

Victor is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
